Pricing a property correctly from the outset is usually the most important factor for a sussessful, and timely sale. There’s no easy answer to this question. The realistic, simple and somwhat sarcastic answer is “What a qualified buyer is willing to pay for it”. Since we don’t know what that price is, we have tools to estimate value in relation to the current market. The Valuation Tool below gives you more than a “number”. IIn fact it gives you three estimates of value. t’s report also provides you with a brief look at the market and information on pastsales. What it doesn’t do is account for the unique features of your home, improvements you made and TODAY’S, not the recent market. Despite these flaws, it’s a great starting point to begin the valuation process. I suggest you give it a try. My role is to build on this information to suggest a reasonable price range for a market price that will achieve a sale that meets your goals.
